Clair Allison Robinson

The passing of Clair Allison Robinson of Jacksonville NB , ocurred on Saturday , January 30 2010 at his residence. Born September 29 1933 at Armond NB, to the late Verrian and Bertha Antoinette (Haynes) Robinson. Clair attended School at Armond as well as Woodstock NB. He joined the Canadian Army October 25, 1952 and retired October 31, 1980 , serving as a member of the Provost Corp. at many postings. Survived by his wife Phyllis (Rideout) Robinson, His sons, Mark and Keith , grandsons,Gordon and Logan , a great grand-daughter, Justice , his siblings, Ralph (Lynda) Toronto Ont, Alden (Ann) Newcastle NB, Ann Maclatchy (Cyrus) Wolfville NS and several Nieces,nephews and cousins. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a daughter-in-law , Lois.

Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Rd. Jacksonville NB where friends may call on Wednesday February 3 2010 from 2-4, 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday February 4 at 2:00 pm from the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date . Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Anavets, any local library or to a memorial of the donors choice.
